Warranty & Returns
All returns must be authorized by Custom Shelters - A Division of Hidden Meadows Industries. Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us and getting a Return Authorization (RA) number. For RA number please contact Customer service at 778-480-5480, or through e-mail: email@example.com.
Returned items (excluding custom products) can be exchanged for anything from our catalogue within 30 days of the date of original purchase, at the applicable current price, adjusted to reflect the cost of the returned item. Customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the product back to our warehouse.
Returned merchandise must be new and unused, and must be in the original packaging in like new condition, including all warranty cards, instructions, etc.
Orders may be cancelled prior to them being shipped out. In the event that the item ordered has left our warehouse, a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will apply to all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return of merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Custom Shelters - A Division of Hidden Meadows Industries Inc. All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Custom Shelters and Marketing Solutions Inc. Custom Shelters - A Division of Hidden Meadows Industries Inc. in its sole discretion will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Custom Shelters - A Division of Hidden Meadows Industries Inc. will not consider merchandise defective if it is deemed abused, mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective on receipt, will be returned to Purchaser at Purchaser's expense.
Limit Of Liability
All merchandise is sold such that the user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.
